Carolyn Greer

Carolyn Greer has been involved with rental properties since 2006. While raising her children she has been both a landlord and an investor, primarily in the Beach area. Carolyn obtained her real estate license in 2013 as a way to use her experience to help others with their real estate goals. She quickly found that her years of hotel management with a major international chain, combined with her experience as a landlord is uniquely useful in servicing her clients. Carolyn is especially comfortable and competent in taking care of property maintenance, construction, and tenant turnover issues. Her philosophy is that honesty is necessary if you want to do good business together. She knows all too well that to succeed in real estate you have to be driven and maintain a positive attitude. Carolyn's kind-heartedness and natural desire to help others received media attention when she was thanked on Facebook for stopping on Bowmore Avenue with her pick-up truck to help a family that was struggling to move their large armoire down the street. The Toronto Star picked up on it and published an article about her good deed. But, for Carolyn its the sort of thing she does all the time. She just likes helping people.
