Valerie Durkin

Valerie joined Real Floors in 2004 as an Account Executive and has held positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Corporate Relations and most recently Vice President of Business Development. In her role, Valerie partners with corporate clients across the country to provide solutions-driven outcomes for their portfolios. She is a natural relationship builder and is responsible for developing creative, multi-market agreements. In her role on the Membership Advisory for the Atlanta Apartment Association, she has served as an effective leader of the group for over a decade. In 2011, she was honored with AAA’s Vendor of the Year Award and has been named Ambassador of the Year twice (2005 and 2010). Valerie is a graduate of Boston University where she earned a B.S. in Journalism. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children. She is an avid Cross-fitter, loves sports (Go Falcons! Go Braves! Go Dawgs!), and enjoys traveling with her family.
