Jaime Santos

Jaime Santos is an experienced youth worker and educator with a strong background in mental health and family services. Currently serving at Real Life Church since August 2020, Jaime is responsible for developing curriculum for various classes and providing counseling services using diverse therapeutic approaches. Prior to this role, Jaime was the Director of Family Services at Destiny Community Center, where responsibilities included creating and facilitating community classes and training educators. As a school social worker for the West Sacramento School District, Jaime offered counseling and created effective empathy curricula for multiple schools. Earlier experience includes coordinating workshops for the Educational Opportunity Program and serving as a lead preschool teacher. Jaime holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education from California State University-Sacramento.
