Tom Waddington

Tom Waddington is an experienced software engineer and technology manager with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Real Links since March 2023, Tom previously led the technical development of a COVID-19 test platform at Medicspot as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, Tom managed a team of developers and user experience professionals at City, University of London, overseeing corporate websites and intranets. At Games Workshop, Tom contributed to the digital strategy and led teams in both Digital Development and Global Web roles. Tom began a career in IT at Zurich Financial Services as a Trainee IT Developer, focusing on data processes. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computing from Sheffield Hallam University.
