Sarah Brown has over 20 years of professional experience in research analysis, consulting, web marketing, and marketing communications. Sarah began their career in 1997 at Gelco Information Network as a Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications Manager, where they led a cross-functional, cross-divisional team to develop user interface design for the first generation web-based products. In 2001, they moved to HealthNexis as the Director of Web Experience, directing user interface design and content of B2B web-based applications and corporate website. From 2003 to 2004, Sarah worked at Nazca as a Consulting Business Analyst, leading information and requirements gathering sessions with user groups as a client-facing liaison. In 2004, they joined Citrix Online as a Senior Manager and Web Analyst, and was promoted to Director in 2011. From 2014 to 2018, Sarah worked at S. K. Brown Consulting as a Consulting Business Analyst, where they conducted qualitative research and analysis, web and marketing optimization, and project management. Most recently, they were a Senior Research Analyst at The Real Story Group, a vendor-independent technology evaluation and strategic advisory firm.
