Michelle H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Michelle started their career at Brec Connor Group as a Controller in 1994. From there, they moved on to Applied Medical Informatics/ Mosby Yearbook where they worked as an Accounting Manager until 1997. Michelle then joined First American eAppraiseIT as a Controller until 2003. Michelle also held the roles of Director of Client Relations & Financial Services and Director of Business Development & Strategic Relationships at First American during this period. In 2004, they became the Sr. Vice President Finance & Human Resources at Realink Corporation, where they worked until 2007. Michelle then worked at Incentive Logic Inc. as the Vice President Finance & Strategic Planning from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2017, they served as the Past President & Board Officer of Financial Executives International- AZ Chapter. In 2011, Michelle became the Chief Financial & Operating Officer at ActiveForever.com, and in 2012, they took on the role of President & CFO at Real Time Companies and Real Time Consulting LLC.

Michelle H. graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting & Information Systems, with a minor in Economics from Queens College, New York City, from 1989 to 1992. In 1996 to 1997, they pursued MBA coursework at the University of Phoenix in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2002, Michelle completed a Management Development program in Leadership Training for Managers at Dale Carnegie Leadership Training in San Diego, CA.
