Michelle Hoffman

Michelle has over 20 years of experience in the areas of finance, accounting, business development, and strategic planning. Besides Accounting and Finance, she oversees Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Purchasing, and Administration for RTCo. During her professional tenure, she has held executive finance and leadership positions with several startup & turnaround organizations including six years with First American Corporation (a fortune 500 Company), fulfilling CFO, SVP, Controller, and Director roles.

In addition to finance, she led various departments responsible for human resources, client relations, business development, strategic planning, and operations in public, private and investor-backed environments. Her focus on financial operations, profit optimization, and strategic planning has enabled sustainable growth, assured compliance, and carefully managed enterprise risk.
