Oskar Harder

Oskar Harder has extensive experience in sales and business management, currently serving as Sales Manager for Workplace at Advania Sverige since April 2024. Previously, Oskar held multiple roles at RTS from January 2021 to July 2024, including Sales Manager, Interim Business Unit Manager, Key Account Manager, and Workplace Specialist. Prior to that, Oskar was Business Area Manager at IT-Total Sweden AB, overseeing the digital workplace sector from October 2019 to January 2021. Oskar’s earlier career includes a position as Business Developer Education at Advania Sverige from August 2017 to September 2019, and roles at Caperio AB as National Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, and in Order Management from August 2016 to August 2017.
