Romina Alejandra Garacho has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources. Romina Alejandra began their career in 2007 as a Generalista Recursos Humanos at Dilog Oeste S.A., where they were responsible for daily personnel control, liquidation process, and recruitment and selection of personnel. In 2012, they moved to OCASA, where they worked as an Analista de Administración de Personal, responsible for plant management and personnel administration.
