Doug Goode

Doug Goode has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Doug is currently the Head of Business Development at ReAlign Insurance Holdings, Inc. Prior to that, they were a Partner at ReAlign Capital Strategies. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Rockhill Insurance Company. Before joining Rockhill, they worked at QBE the Americas as the SVP - Head of Sales - Programs. Doug also served as the Business Development Director at Rockhill / State Auto and as the SVP - Business Development / Program Division at Rockhill Insurance Company. Doug began their career at Benfield, where they served as an SVP for 17 years.

Doug Goode attended Shawnee Mission South from 1976 to 1979 for their high school education. After that, they went on to attend the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1980 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS).
