Elia Santos

Elia Santos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, Elia worked as a Data Analyst Intern at Lehigh Hanson. From 2012 to 2013, Elia was a Data Support Specialist at KBM Group, handling list rental and processing requests for clients. Elia joined RealINSIGHT, Inc. in 2013 as an Analyst, responsible for gathering client requirements, designing software enhancements, and providing end user support. At RealINSIGHT, Elia progressed to the role of Assistant Vice President in 2020 and later became the Vice President in 2021. Elia has also worked as a Senior Customer Support Analyst at RealINSIGHT from 2019 to 2020.

Elia Santos completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas, from 2007 to 2011. Later on, from 2017 to 2019, Elia pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Finance, General from The University of Dallas. Additionally, Elia obtained the certification of Financial Analyst II from The University of Dallas and is a Level 1 CFA Candidate from the CFA Institute.
