Martin Norris

Martin Norris has over a decade of experience in various roles related to recruitment and business development. Martin started as an Office Manager intern at The PA Club in 2010 before becoming an Account Manager and Sales Manager at CN Group from 2013-2015. Martin then worked as a Group Recruitment Manager for CN Group from 2016-2018. Martin briefly served as Head of Recruitment and Inbound Sales for Localiq_UK before becoming Head of Specialist Platforms. In 2019, they became Business Development Manager for Carlisle College and oversaw its further education operations until December 2021. As of 2022, they are now Head of Recruitment for Realise HR, a human resources company that provides commercial and no-nonsense recruitment solutions.

From 2009 to 2012, Martin Norris attended The Manchester Metropolitan University. During this time, they obtained a degree in BA (Hons) English, though no particular field of study was specified.
