Jessica Amenta, PMP has over 15 years of experience in project management, account management, and design. Jessica began their career in 2003 as a Designer at Tomasko Creative, where they created logos and applied branding to various materials and signage. In 2005, they took on the role of Creative Group Coordinator at New England Typographic Services (NETS), where they developed concepts, researched, commissioned, and art directed all art or illustrations needed in educational textbook publications. In 2006, they became the Manager at Curves of South Windsor. Jessica then returned to NETS in 2007 as an Assistant Project Manager, where they assisted and provided support to Project Managers involved in publishing educational textbooks. In 2009, they became a Project Manager at NETS, where they managed every aspect involved in publishing educational textbooks with special focus on client needs and wants. In 2014, they began working at Reality Interactive as the Director of Account Management and a Project Manager/Account Manager, where they developed the detailed strategy, scope, communication and implementation plans for a portfolio of projects that directly influence customers' shopping experiences. Jessica worked with multi-functional teams across the business and managed multiple projects at the program level, from discovery through to delivery.
Jessica Amenta obtained a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Drexel University between 1998 and 2002. In 2012, they obtained the Project Manager Professional, PMP certification from the PMI. In 2019, they obtained the Mastering Design Thinking certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
