Jacqueline Mendelsohn

Jacqueline Mendelsohn, DPT, CLT, CHC, is an experienced healthcare professional and product manager with a diverse background in physical therapy and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at RealizedCare since December 2023, Jacqueline also founded BEST2gether, LLC in April 2018. Previous roles include Product Manager at Fern Health from August 2020 to December 2023, and various positions at Crossover Health, where responsibilities encompassed product strategy and telehealth services. Jacqueline's clinical experience includes significant roles as a Physical Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Symbio Physiotherapy, among other institutions.
