Howard Rauscher

Howard Rauscher is a technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and program management. Currently serving as CTO at REALLY since October 2024, Rauscher previously held the position of SVP of Engineering at Color from February 2022 to October 2024, focusing on engineering, technical program management, security, and IT. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Khoros, formerly Lithium Technologies, where Rauscher was VP of Engineering from December 2010 to December 2021, including roles such as Interim CTO during a major acquisition and merger in 2018. Rauscher also contributed to uShip as a Senior Developer and began the professional journey as a Web Developer Intern at Springbox. Rauscher holds a BA in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
