Sarah Webster

Sarah Webster is currently serving as the People & Performance Operations Manager at RealNZ since August 2023. Previously, Sarah held several roles at Ruapehu Alpine Lifts, including General Manager People and Capability and Human Resources Manager from September 2017 to July 2023. Sarah's experience in human resources includes a position as Human Resources Advisor at Trojan Holdings Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed HR advisory services, recruitment, policy development, and performance management. Additional roles have included Human Resources Manager at The Hermitage, HR Coordinator at Ziptrek Ecotours New Zealand, and Head of Department at Coronet Peak Ski Area and Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. Sarah possesses a Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Human Resources from Swinburne University and has completed the Advanced Leadership Program through Women & Leadership Australia.
