Stacia Smith

Stacia Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stacia began their career at WRS & Associates, Inc. in 1990 as the VP of Sales & Marketing, where they managed marketing functions and served as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and the builder. After a year, they joined Washington Mutual as a Lender, where they initiated and coordinated various loan programs and provided training to employees. In 1999, Stacia became involved with the French American School of Puget Sound, serving as a Board VP/Trustee/Facilities Manager. In this role, they managed site location and facilities, addressed social, economic, and environmental impacts, and represented the school's interests on a city-wide steering committee. Stacia then joined the Vuecrest Homeowner's Association in 2004 as a Board Member/Vice President. At Coldwell Banker Bain, they held multiple roles, starting as a Managing Broker in 2005 and eventually becoming the Principal Managing Broker in 2015. Stacia was responsible for managing brokers and office staff, recruiting new agents, and negotiating contracts. Stacia's most recent work experience is with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, where they have held various roles since 2017, including Director of Sales, Chief Sales Officer, and Managing Broker.

Stacia Smith's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, Finance, and Economics from Eastern Washington University, which they completed from 1986 to 1988. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate of Instructor Approval in WA State Instructor Development from Evergreen Professional Training, Inc. Stacia also received a Managing Broker's License in Real Estate from Rockwell Institute during the period of 2012 to 2013. Stacia took several Health and Physical Education/Fitness classes at Lake Washington Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2009. Stacia studied Public Relations at the University of Washington from 2005 to 2006. In 2023, they plan to obtain a High Performance Coaching Certification from the High Performance Institute.

These include Developing Your Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn, the BUILD Framework Certified Coach™ from In Balance with Life Pty Ltd, and a High Performance Coaching Certification from the High Performance Institute. Stacia is also a Certified Real Estate Instructor in the State of Washington, as offered by Evergreen Professional Training, Inc.
