Sarah Thomas has a diversified career background ranging from consulting to customer success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at The Canadian Real Estate Association. Prior to this, Sarah gained experience in customer success roles at Momentive-AI and Deloitte Digital. Sarah also has a foundation in business technology from their time as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte Canada. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Information Systems from Carleton University, Sarah also showcased their leadership and event planning skills as an Administrative Coordinator at the university.
