Kat Koutsantonis

Kat Koutsantonis is Chief People Officer of Move, Inc., the operator of realtor.com®. and oversees all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, reward, training and talent development. She brings a wealth of employee best practices, a passion for creating a healthy and inclusive culture, and a unique perspective having worked in a variety of organizations.

With 20 years of HR experience, Koutsantonis has developed and delivered strategic HR solutions across financial services, consumer goods and now digital real estate, a space she is excited and passionate about. Prior to joining the company, she held several senior HR roles at UBS, and most recently led Human Resources for the Global Wealth Management Americas business. Previously, Koutsantonis held senior human resources leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, Unilever and Beiersdorf.

Koutsantonis holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University.
