Tracey Lewis

Tracey Lewis is Sr. Director of Employee Engagement and Communications at Realtor.com. In this role, she is responsible for creating consistent and compelling engagement experiences and communications that shape, reinforce, and embody our culture and values, and connect employees to Realtor.com's purpose, strategy, and objectives.

Tracey is an experienced and well-rounded strategic communications professional who has built and delivered comprehensive communications strategies for both seasoned business leaders and industry-leading Silicon Valley companies, including Cisco, VMware, Intuit, and Realtor.com. With expertise in executive, internal and change management communications, she specializes in creating alignment, inspiring employee engagement and culture, and accelerating achievement of business strategy and goals.

An avid gatherer and sharer of knowledge and information, Tracey serves as Past President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with emphases in Marketing and Finance, from the University of California, Berkeley, completed a graduate seminar in Telecommunications Management from USC, and previously held a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) career certification.
