April Freese

April Freese has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. April began their career as a Real Estate Branch Manager at Coldwell Banker TEC, REALTORS® from January 2004 to October 2010. April then joined Latter & Blum in February 2011, where they held various roles, including Director of Internet Customer Care and Relocation and REO. In these positions, they managed online customer inquiries, implemented assignment rules and processes, and worked with corporate clients and asset managers for foreclosed properties. In 2018, April joined Keller Williams Realty International as the MAPS Coaching Client Care Manager, where they provided client care management until January 2020. Most recently, April has been working at Realty Associates since October 2021, initially as the Director of Growth and Innovation and currently serving as the VP of Growth and Innovation.

April Freese attended the University of New Orleans from 1986 to 1989, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they studied at the Academy of the Sacred Heart in NOLA from 1982 to 1986. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Real Estate Broker, Associate Broker, and Salesperson (License) from the Texas Real Estate Commission in October 2020. Additionally, in April 1993, they received a certification from the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
