Neo also worked as a Real Estate Agent at the same company. Before that, Neo was the Founder of Their Blaze, LLC, starting in September 2020. Neo has also worked as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Ryan Homes and served as the Chief Executive Officer at WalkerHouse Studios, LLC. Furthermore, they held roles as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Bud House, LLC. Neo has experience as a Professional Musician at NoMi Records and as a Master General Agent at American Income Life Insurance Company. Additionally, they have worked as a Musician/Writer at Region 32 Entertainment and as a Recording Artist/Writer/Publisher at Preston Bevrly Group.

Neo Walker attended Grace Christian University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Performance, General. Neo then went on to study Music Production/Engineering at Cornerstone University from 2011 to 2012. In 2015, Neo pursued a degree in Entertainment Business at Full Sail University, specializing in Artist Management.
