Ashley Wells

Ashley Wells has been working in the real estate industry for over 15 years. Ashley began their career as an intern at American National Investments before being promoted to supervisor at Costco Wholesale. In 2007, they left Costco to join KPMG, where they worked in the economic and valuation services department for six years. In 2013, Ashley joined Realty Income Corporation as vice president of research. Ashley has been with the company for six years and is currently the vice president of research.

Ashley Wells has a Bachelor of Science in Business - Real Estate from San Diego State University-California State University.

Ashley Wells reports to Neil Abraham, EVP & Chief Strategy Officer. Ashley Wells works with Suhail Chandy - Head of European Investment Strategy, Scott Kohnen - SVP, Head of Credit Research, and Robert J. Israel - SVP, Research.
