Grant Gaumer

Grant Gaumer is a licensed realtor at Realty ONE Group Impact since March 2020, with prior experience as a realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from October 2017 to March 2020. Concurrently, Grant serves as a firefighter for the City of West Des Moines since March 2016 and has an extensive background in emergency services, including roles as a Paramedic Specialist at Ottumwa Regional Health Center from November 2005 to July 2016 and as a firefighter/paramedic with the City of Ottumwa from July 2005 to March 2016. Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from William Penn University College for Working Adults, along with an Associate's Degree in Paramedic from Indian Hills Community College and a Paramedic diploma from Trinity College of Nursing & Health Sciences.
