François Rodriguez has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. François currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at RealTyme since April 2021. Before that, they worked as a Business Development Executive at the Forbes Business Development Council starting from July 2020. François also served as a Judge/Mentor at MassChallenge Switzerland from April 2019 onwards.

From April 2018 to March 2021, they held the position of Chief Growth Officer at ADEYA. Prior to that, François worked at CREA Genève, where they held two roles simultaneously: Program Director - Master in Business Innovation from November 2016 to November 2018, and Managing Director - Digital Learning Solutions during the same period.

Before joining CREA Genève, they worked at SITAONAIR as the Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer from January 2015 to October 2016. Prior to that, François held various positions at OnAir, including Director of Strategy and Marketing from July 2013 to December 2014, and Director of Marketing from October 2010 to June 2013.

Earlier in their career, François served as a Marketing Lecturer at SAWI - Centre suisse d'enseignement du marketing from October 2003 to July 2011. François also held positions at France Telecom Group - Orange International as the EMEA Head of consumer propositions from October 2007 to September 2010, and at Orange Communications SA as a Consumer Marketing Segment Manager from January 2003 to September 2007. During their time at Orange Communications SA, they developed customer value propositions, innovative business models for the music industry, and strategic partnerships.

Throughout their career, François has demonstrated expertise in business development, growth strategy, marketing, and mentoring.

François Rodriguez has a diverse education history spanning from 1990 to 2020. In 1990, they attained a Technical Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Ecole Ingenieur Lausanne. In 1998, they received an Advanced English Certificate from UNSW. In 2000 to 2002, François pursued a Diploma in Marketing from SAWI. In 2003, they completed a Federal Brevet in Marketing and Communication at HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale. Continuing their education, in 2004, François attended the Graduate School of Business & Administration, focusing on General Management. In 2008, they engaged in studies at Hult Ashridge and gained knowledge in Business Administration and Management, General. Moving onto more recent achievements, François obtained a Certification in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Google pour les pros in 2017. Finally, in 2020, they received a Certification in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from ProductLed.
