Josh McKinstrey

Josh McKinstrey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Josh started their career at LCR Group, where they worked as a Financial Analyst from November 2013 to June 2015. Josh then transitioned to the role of Commercial Manager at LCR Group from July 2015 to February 2018, during which they focused on financial performance analysis and provided recommendations for achieving desired outcomes.

In March 2018, Josh joined Console Group as the Head of Corporate Strategy and FP&A. Josh played a key role in developing corporate strategy and managing financial planning and analysis. In May 2019, they were promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer at Console Group, a leading provider of Property Management software in the Asia Pacific region. Josh contributed to the growth of the company, particularly with the successful launch of their flagship product, Console Cloud.

Most recently, Josh joined Reapit in March 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer of ANZ. In this role, they are responsible for the financial management, risk assessment, and integration procedures of the ANZ business. Their expertise in accounting, taxation, and corporate strategy makes him an invaluable asset to the company.

Throughout their career, Josh has demonstrated their proficiency in financial analysis, strategy development, and leadership roles.

Josh McKinstrey has a diverse education history. In 2001, they completed their high school education at St Peters Lutheran College, earning a Queensland School Certificate. Following this, they attended The University of Queensland from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Regional and Town Planning. Continuing their educational journey, from 2013 to 2015, Josh completed a Master's degree in Applied Finance with a specialization in Investments and Securities at Charles Sturt University. Josh further enhanced their financial expertise by obtaining the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charter from the CFA Institute, which they accomplished in February 2022. This comprehensive education background showcases their dedication to both urban planning and finance, making him a well-rounded professional in these fields.
