John Illick

John Illick has a strong background in real estate development and commercial construction. John started their career as a Project Estimator at Colorado Specialties in 2009 and later became a Project Manager at Associated Building Specialties in 2012. In 2015, they joined Technology Park as a Leasing & Development Manager. Since 2015, they have been working at ReArch Company, initially as a Business Development Manager and later as the Vice President of Development. In their current role as CEO, they provide strategic insight and oversees marketing, sales, and project proposals for the company.

John Illick attended Middlebury Union High School from 2000 to 2004. John then went on to study at Roger Williams University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Additionally, John Illick has obtained an OSHA 10 hour certification from the Occupational Safety & Health Administration, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are unknown.
