Furthermore, Louise worked at Royal London Mutual Insurance Society (formerly United Friendly Assurance) as a Pensions Analyst. Here, they were part of a project team responsible for the nationwide review of pensions mis-selling, conducting interpretation, calculation of loss adjustments, and issuing redress awards.
