Roman Atie has extensive experience in technical support and IT helpdesk roles, currently serving as Chief of Technical Support at Reba since June 2018, where responsibilities include managing a Level I and II Service Desk using ITIL standards and overseeing inventory management. Prior experience includes positions at Banco Finansur and Adecco from August 2017 to May 2018 and July 2016 to August 2017, respectively, focusing on L1/L2 support, ticketing systems, and Active Directory management. Roman also worked at INTERCONNECT S.A. from September 2015 to July 2016, where duties included service-desk management and PBX support. Roman holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, obtained between 2015 and 2021.
