Josh Tanenbaum

Josh Tanenbaum is the Managing Partner and Founder of Rebalance Capital, a venture capital firm focused on investing in Series A and B FinTech and WorkforceTech companies that enhance economic mobility for low and middle-income communities. In addition, Josh serves as a board member and observer for various organizations including YellowBird and HoneyBee Financial Wellness. Prior experience includes roles at Citi in Investment Banking, where support was provided to asset managers and digital asset firms, and at Korn Ferry as a Senior Associate specializing in asset management and alternative investments. Josh holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and International Studies and Sociology from the University of Melbourne. Additionally, Josh is the founder of LOCAL VIBES, a tech-driven company aimed at assisting bands in promoting their music careers.
