Jason Sharpe

Jason Sharpe has over 30 years of experience in various industries, including retail, finance, telecommunications, and energy. Jason has worked for companies such as Sainsbury's, Asda, Citigroup, firstdirect, Vodafone, and Ovo Energy, where they served as the Managing Director during a significant growth period. Currently, they are the Non-Executive Director and Advisor at Rebel Energy UK, where they provide clean and affordable energy solutions. Jason is also a Member of the Board of Trustees at Upper Dales Community Land Trust, focusing on providing sustainable housing for low-income families. In addition, they own their own business, Sharpebusiness Ltd, where they coach innovative and disruptive businesses in strategic planning and performance improvement. Throughout their career, they have also held roles as a strategic advisor and coach to the UK board and senior leadership team at Tenet Group, a Non-Executive Director at Social Energy, a Partner at Vallum Associates Limited, and a Non-Executive Director at Forget Me Not Children's Hospice. Jason has extensive experience advising on strategic direction, marketing, business development, and public affairs. Jason Sharpe attended Cecil Jones High School from 1981 to 1989. After completing high school, they enrolled at Heycroft from 1976 to 1984. Later, they pursued a BA Hons degree in Retail Marketing (open learning) from the University Manchester Metropolitan, where they studied from 1991 to 1996.
