Max Franklin

Max Franklin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. Currently serving as an Account Director at Rebellion Group since April 2021, Max has developed a strong background within the organization, progressing through various roles including Account Supervisor, Senior Account Executive, and Account Executive. Prior experience includes a tenure at TechTarget from April 2018 to April 2021 as a Customer Success Manager, alongside previous roles as Senior Customer Success Associate and Client Consulting Associate. Additional experience includes positions at Purple Carrot, Applause, and RUNA, where responsibilities ranged from customer experience leadership to sales and marketing internships.
