Gabriela Carrion

Gabriela Carrion has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Gabriela is currently working at RebelMouse, where they hold the position of Vice President of Operations. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Project Management and a Project Manager Team Leader at the same company. Gabriela also worked as a Project Manager.

Before joining RebelMouse, Gabriela worked at Instituto Aquila as a Consultora Sócia. In this role, they were involved in various projects and diagnostics in different sectors, including industrial textile projects, process mapping, and process redesign. Gabriela also provided training and formed managers in PDCA methodology and managed revenue matrix and restructuring of the Purchasing area.

Gabriela's experience also includes working as an Especialista em Planejamento - Suprimentos Estratégicos at Kroton Educacional S/A, where they were responsible for strategic planning within the Supply Strategic area. Gabriela worked on developing strategies for the company's strategic sourcing process, analyzing KPIs, and identifying opportunities for cost saving. Gabriela also created market intelligence plans and reports for negotiation purposes.

Additionally, Gabriela worked as a Consultant at Atikas, focusing on developing management tools for various business areas. Gabriela created a marketing dashboard for a lubricants company and implemented processes to improve operational efficiency.

Earlier in their career, Gabriela worked as a Consultant at FALCONI Consultores de Resultado, where they were involved in projects related to increasing sales force efficiency at a medium-sized retail company and expense management at a large financial company.

Gabriela's work history also includes owning and managing São Paulo Bebidas, where they expanded the business from a water distributor to beverages and events. Gabriela implemented new management processes, improved the team, and developed sales plans and variable compensation models.

Gabriela started their career as an intern at Estrateplan, where they managed training projects, including material approval and formulation, and prospecting potential clients.

Gabriela Carrion's education history is as follows:

From 2007 to 2012, Gabriela attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they pursued a degree in Economics.

In 2020, they enrolled in Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul for a post-graduate course in Technology for Business - AI, Data Science, and Big Data, which they completed in 2021.

Gabriela also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Escola Superior de Planejamento e Gestão ESPG. Gabriela started this program in 2019 and completed it in 2021.

In 2020, Gabriela took a short course on Introduction to Data Science at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Prior to their university education, Gabriela completed their high school education at Colégio Móbile from 2005 to 2007.

Additionally, Gabriela obtained certifications in Introduction to Agile Scrum from Grupo Voitto in June 2020, and Methodology of Agile Development from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi in June 2020.
