Andrei Volgin

Andrei Volgin has a diverse and extensive work experience. Andrei began their career in 1992 as the President of Adamant Financial Corporation, where they served until 1999. In 1994, they were appointed by the Russian Prime Minister to the Federal Securities Markets Commission of the Russian Federation, where they chaired its expert council and played a key role in creating legislation and regulations for the Russian securities markets.

In 2007, Andrei became the President of Spiral Universe Inc., a company that developed a cloud-based information management and learning platform for schools. The company was acquired by STI Technologies in 2014.

In 2014, Andrei joined Angels Like Rebels, Inc. as the Chairman. Andrei held this position until December 2017.

In 2016, Andrei co-founded Beleco, and in 2019, they co-founded Rebelation, Inc. Andrei currently holds the position of Co-Founder in both companies.

Throughout their career, Andrei has shown a strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, making significant contributions to various industries.

Andrei Volgin obtained a Master's Degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 1988 to 1993. Before that, they attended School #3 in Moscow, Russia from 1983 to 1988. Andrei also obtained a certification in Duolingo Italian Fluency: Intermediate (Estimated) from Duolingo in February 2016.
