Tania Chevion

Tanya is responsible for the global Human Resources strategy and execution. She is an HR executive with practical understanding of business needs.

Tanya is highly effective at incorporating creative leadership skills to achieve business objectives; Directs projects that improve efficiency while meeting deadlines and budget requirements. Tanya acts in the capacity of a change agent in identifying and framing problems/issues, then developing solutions for them. She is responsible for organizational development of the company, specifically as it relates to the culture and any changes thereof. Tanya has over 10 years of experience within different companies.

Tanya holds a MA degree in Human Resources Management from Tel-Aviv University, an MSc degree in Educational Psychology from Northeastern University and a BSc degree in Psychology form the Open University.

Tanya also holds a CBT certificate from Bar Ilan University and a Mediator certificate from the Goma Institute.
