Hazal Soyucengil

Hazal Soyucengil is an accomplished Technical Program Manager at Rebo Lighting & Electronics, LLC, where performance includes launching four high-profile global programs generating over $65 million in revenue per region, while successfully managing budget and timeline targets. Prior to this role, Hazal served as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Tesla, contributing to significant mass reductions and part count decreases in key vehicle models, and leading the interior lighting design for Cybertruck. Academic accomplishments include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Women's and Gender Studies from Lafayette College, alongside various teaching and leadership roles such as Program Coordinator for the Society of Women Engineers.
