Brett Calvin

Brett Calvin has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the construction and manufacturing industry. Brett is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Reborn Cabinets. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President/General Manager at Residential Design Services, where they oversaw interior supply chain and installation services for top national builders. Brett also managed commercial and residential sales, operations, and design studios, contributing to annual revenues of $120MM in Southern California and $300MM nationally.

Before joining Residential Design Services, Brett was the General Manager/President of the HSC Division at Pella Corporation, where they managed multiple business sites and led teams responsible for expanding distribution and sales in California and Hawaii. Brett'srole included B2B and B2C market management.

Earlier in their career, Brett worked at JELD-WEN, Inc. as the Group General Manager, overseeing North American operations for a building products manufacturer with sales exceeding $4 billion. Brett also held various managerial positions within JELD-WEN, including General Manager, Director of Operations, and Production Manager/Assistant GM. In these roles, they were responsible for financial and operational management, lean manufacturing implementation, and team leadership.

Brett's accomplishments include stabilizing the financials of a failing manufacturing operation, reducing operational costs by $10 million over four years, and increasing production capacity through lean programs and continuous improvement initiatives. Brett has also been recognized for their excellence in implementing Lean programs and was awarded best improved Lean operation among 56 vinyl, steel, and wood operations in the JELD-WEN Global Window/Door Division.
