Chloe Bernardi

Chloe Bernardi LCSW-C, LICSW is an experienced leader in social work and mental health services, currently serving as the Executive Director at Rebuilding Together Montgomery County since February 2024. Previously, Chloe held the role of CEO & President at Hearts & Homes for Youth from June 2015 to March 2024, overseeing a significant budget and a range of youth services. Chloe's earlier positions include Director of Residential and Community Based Services at Adventist Behavioral Health Hospital and Senior Director of Clinical Services at Palmetto Summerville Behavioral Residential Treatment Center, where significant contributions were made to program development, budget management, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
