Emmanuelle Napp has worked in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they were a Responsable point de vente at Nicolas. In 2013, they were an Assistante contrôle de gestion Export at BEAUTE PRESTIGE INTERNATIONAL. In 2014, they were a Pricing analyst at Home24 AG. From 2015 to 2020, they were at Home24 SE, where they were a Category Manager Jr, a Category Manager, and a Pricing Manager. Since 2020, they have been at rebuy recommerce, where they are the Head of Consumer Electronics (Category Management and B2B purchases) and a Team Lead Category Management Consumer Electronics.

Emmanuelle Napp completed their Master's degree - Programme Grande Ecole in Management from NEOMA Business School in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Michel de Montaigne, Mulhouse from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Classe préparatoire HEC in ECS.
