Kinga Gałęcka

Kinga Gałęcka has worked in the Human Resources field since 2007. Kinga began their career as a Management Trainee at Jeronimo Martins Dystrybucja. Kinga then became an HR Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for organizing and managing recruitment processes and development programs. In 2012, they moved to Jeronimo Martins as a Regional HR Manager. In 2014, they joined arvato Polska as an HR Business Partner (Koordynator Rozwoju Kadr), where they were responsible for the coordination of HR functions in IT and Supply Chain Departments. In 2015, they moved to DSM, where they served as a People Partner for Eastern Europe, delivering a superior and consistent employee experience. Kinga is now currently the Head of People and Communication at rebuy recommerce, a position they have held since 2022.

Kinga Gałęcka completed their MA degree in Individual Interdepartamental Humanities Studies at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in 2002-2007. Kinga then went on to do postgraduate studies in HR at Poznan School of Banking from 2008-2009. In 2013-2014, they attended Trainers School Moderator, where they earned a Trainer for Business degree in Business Trainings. In 2019, they completed their MBA at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In 2020-2021, they completed a Postgraduate Degree in Managing Emotions in Times of Uncertainty & Stress at Yale University, as well as a podyplomowe at Szkoła Inteligencji Emocjonalnej (EQ School).
