Emily Johnstone is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Manager in Business Development at Recharge, Emily contributes to a platform that supports over 15,000 merchants in scaling subscription services. Previously, Emily held multiple positions at Ada, including Team Lead and Senior Mid-Market Business Development Representative, enhancing customer experience through AI solutions. Emily co-founded Swivel, aiming to connect students with startups, and has also contributed as Co-Head Volleyball Coach at Galaxy Volleyball Club. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree from the Norwegian School of Economics, along with additional studies at George Brown College.
