Joshua Wynn

Joshua Wynn is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in scaling engineering teams and developing technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Recharge since December 2019, Joshua focuses on aligning engineering and product initiatives with market opportunities while guiding teams through startup growth stages. Prior roles include Engineering Manager and Technical Product Manager at Gaia Inc., where Joshua crafted product roadmaps for user acquisition and led multidisciplinary teams in delivering innovative video streaming solutions. Additionally, Joshua co-founded Rise Up Local and held various engineering positions, honing expertise in software development and product engineering since starting at Advanced Micro Devices. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
