Becca Henderson

Becca Henderson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Becca currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Recharged since March 2023. Prior to this, Becca worked as the Director of Consumer Sourcing at Shift from December 2022 to January 2023.

Their longest period of employment was at CarLotz, where they held various roles. As Director of Consumer Sourcing from May 2022 to December 2022, Becca led cross-functional teams to launch a consumer sourcing product and implemented CRM tools to manage leads and appointments. From November 2020 to May 2022, they served as the Director of Growth and Development, contributing to the company's overall expansion. Additionally, Becca worked as the C4B Operations Manager from May 2018 to February 2020, overseeing operations.

Before joining CarLotz, Becca worked at Lyft as an Operations Lead from May 2016 to April 2018. In this role, they analyzed operational data, forecasted supply and demand, and collaborated with external partners for driver onboarding. Becca also worked briefly as a Car Enthusiast at Shift Technologies, Inc. from November 2015 to March 2016.

Becca began their professional journey at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an Assistant Manager from June 2011 to May 2012 and as a Management Trainee/Management Assistant from October 2010 to June 2011.

Becca Henderson studied at Ohio Wesleyan University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
