Lucy Hayter

Lucy Hayter is an accomplished professional in the public relations and beauty industries, currently serving as the Head of People at Recipe since March 2024. Prior to this role, Lucy held multiple positions at b. the communications agency from July 2014 to March 2024, including Group Operations + People Director and Beauty Director, where leadership was demonstrated through the management of a Beauty division with 17 clients and a team of 8. Previous experience includes senior roles at Kilpatrick PR and Primal PR, overseeing teams and budgets while executing successful strategies for beauty brands. Lucy also has a foundation in fashion PR, having worked with Isabella Oliver and Mothercare, and holds a BA Honors degree in Fashion Marketing from The University of Northampton.
