Amanda Fulton Peyser

Amanda Fulton Peyser has extensive experience in the legal field. Amanda is currently serving as the Head of Legal (US), Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at Recipharm since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Repligen Corporation as the Senior Director, Legal from 2017 to 2023, where they established and managed the legal department and handled various legal matters globally. Amanda also held the role of Director, Licensing & Contracts at Repligen Corporation from 2017 to 2020. Before joining Repligen Corporation, Amanda worked at GE Healthcare as a Contracts & Negotiation Manager from 2015 to 2017, where they negotiated agreements with pharmaceutical companies and supported various other contract-related activities. Amanda's earlier experience includes working as a Contracts Manager at SimplexGrinnell from 2011 to 2015 and Tyco Security Products from 2009 to 2011. Amanda also worked as a Senior Intellectual Property Paralegal at Tyco International from 2001 to 2009 and a Paralegal at Simplex Time Recorder from 1998 to 2001, where they handled various legal matters including intellectual property, construction, litigation, and compliance.

Amanda Fulton Peyser obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Corporate law from New England Law | Boston in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. degree in Paralegal Studies from Anna Maria College. Additionally, they hold a Bar Admission certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, obtained in 2011.
