Rohit Sidhwani

Rohit Sidhwani has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of tax. Rohit currently holds the position of Head of Group Tax at Recipharm, where they bring their expertise and knowledge to the role. Prior to this, they worked as Interim Head of Tax at Recipharm as part of a secondment from PwC.

At PwC Sweden, they served as a Senior Manager in the area of transfer pricing, catering to a large group of multinational enterprises. Rohit took a holistic and practical approach to provide advice, leveraging their diversified background and industry experience.

Before PwC, Rohit worked briefly as a Transfer Pricing Consultant at NorthStar Group.

Their earlier experiences include their time at Atlas Copco, where they held the positions of Group Tax Controller and Financial & Tax Analyst. In these roles, they gained expertise in transfer pricing, conducted benchmark studies, and handled tasks such as M&A, internal restructuring, and tax analysis.

Rohit began their career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as an Associate in Assurance & Business Advisory Services.

Rohit Sidhwani completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2000. Rohit then pursued a Master's Degree in Commerce from the same university, specializing in Accounting and Finance, which they completed in 2005. Following this, they attended the University of Birmingham and obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Banking and Finance in 2006.
