Patrick Lightbody

Patrick Lightbody has had a diverse and extensive work experience in various product management and leadership roles. Patrick co-founded ReclaimAI in 2019, where they developed intelligence and automation for calendar management. Prior to that, they served as SVP of Product Management at New Relic, Inc. from 2018 to 2019. Patrick was also the SVP of Product Management at Delphix from 2017 to 2018, where they focused on eliminating data friction for digital initiatives. Patrick has also held multiple positions at New Relic, Inc., including SVP of Product Management from 2016 to 2017, Vice President of Product Management from 2013 to 2016, and Senior Director of Product Management from 2012 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Patrick was the Senior Director of Product Management & Engineering at Neustar, Inc. from 2010 to 2012, where they were responsible for product management and engineering of website performance products. Patrick also founded BrowserMob, a load testing tool, and served as its CEO from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, Patrick worked at Gomez, Inc. as a Product Manager for QA Solutions from 2007 to 2008 and founded HostedQA, which was later acquired by Gomez. Patrick started their career as the Manager of Professional Services at Jive Software in 2004 and as a Senior Software Engineer at Spoke Software from 2003 to 2004.
