Mai Nguyen

Mai Nguyen is a dedicated recruiter consultant at RECO, a member of NTQ Solution, since July 2021, with over 10 years of experience in interviewing and recruiting candidates for clients in the software outsourcing industry. This extensive background has provided Mai Nguyen with an in-depth understanding of the personnel challenges faced by information technology companies. Prior to this role, Mai Nguyen served as the Head of the Organization Board at the Hanoi Human Resource Club from September 2018 to April 2021. Mai Nguyen holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Thuongmai University, completed in August 2022.
