Rick Boudreaux

Rick Boudreaux is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the specialty chemical and food ingredient industries. Currently serving as Executive Chairman of Recochem, Inc. since May 2023, Boudreaux has led the company as President & CEO since August 2004, overseeing operations in both industrial and consumer segments globally. Prior roles include President of North America for Barry Callebaut and President for Americas & Europe at Goodman Fielder. Boudreaux also held significant positions at Nathans Famous, PepsiCo, and Chemlink, accumulating a wealth of knowledge in operations, marketing, and logistics. Educational credentials include an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a degree from Texas A&M University.
