Maria Nolberg

Maria Nolberg has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Maria'smost recent role is as a People Experience Partner at Mojang Studios since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior People & Culture Consultant at Recommended by, where they focused on helping clients strengthen their employer brand and improve their HR processes. Maria also founded Regrow Hållbara Hästar in 2020. Apart from these, they have held various consulting and recruiting positions at companies such as Star Stable Entertainment AB, ASSA ABLOY Group, ReGrow Consult, CareerBuilder.se, and Inköpsdesign. Maria has also worked at LinkedIn as a Senior Customer Success Manager, and at Coca-Cola European Partners in roles such as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Learning & Development Manager, and Senior Recruiter. Maria'sexperience includes talent acquisition, employer branding, training and development, and strategic consulting.

Maria Nolberg obtained their Bachelor of Sociology degree in Labor and Working Life from Stockholm University. Maria attended Stockholm University from 2004 to 2007.

Before attending Stockholm University, Maria Nolberg acquired their Gymnasieexamen in Naturvetenskap from Välkommaskolan in Gällivare. Maria completed their Gymnasieexamen from 1997 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Maria Nolberg has also obtained a certification in Agility in HR from the ICP-AHR institution in February 2022.
